Centre for Learning & Teaching Through Technology (LT3) [now known as the Centre for Teaching Excellence]at the University of Waterloo (from May 2001 - May 2007)

CLOE cloe.on.ca (Co-operative Learning Object Exchange): As the founding manager, I have watched the interesting latticework development of learning objects throughout the world. The CLOE repository sees its hallmark as the Peer Review process for assuring excellence of quality. The CLOE strength is its community of like-minded folks who collaborate on research in the area of learning technologies, and learning objects.

LAESO (Learning Advanced Essential Skills Online): Special development of 3 web based learning modules available Spring 2007 at HRSDC's three participating Sector Councils for accredited members of the Environment, Biotechnology and Arts sectors to improve/update their skills for re-entry into the job market, or for first entry into Canadian market for immigrating accredited professionals.
